For Referral Purpose:
Terms & Conditions shall always be subject to provisions of RERA. The dispersal of the Referral Program reward money/benefits shall always be subject to provisions of RERA. In order to adhere to the provisions of RERA, the Referee (Source Customer) to be registered as RERA agent under Section 9 of the RERA Act when the internal team of Raymond verifies the details of the Referral and processes the application as a Qualified Referral to the Sales Team and the referral signs the consent form.
